Both the handsets allow no extra expansion of memory through external SD memory card.


The Oneplus one uses a Cyanogen Mod operating system which is a Google based free and open source official release of Android with strong community support while the Xiaomi MI3 offers an Android version of 4.4 KitKat having a MIUI version 5 skin. Both the phones are single-SIM phones where the Oneplus One has a slot for a micro SIM and the Xiaomi MI3 uses a regular SIM.

Camera Quality

Both the phones have a 13 Megapixel rear camera with full HD recording and LED Flash while the Oneplus One has a 5 Megapixel front camera and the Xiaomi MI3 has a 2 Megapixel camera which is quiet significant.
