How to Craft End Crystals in Minecraft
Anyone who has beaten Minecraft’s final boss has seen an End Crystal before, though they may not have realised it was called that. End Crystals are floating cubes that can be found atop large Obsidian pillars in the End and can be used to heal the Ender Dragon. They must be destroyed in order to defeat the Ender Dragon, but there is no way to mine them or do anything like that. Instead, players who want their own End Crystal for whatever reason must craft them, and the recipe is far from simple.
End Crystals are extremely volatile, so Minecraft players should exercise caution when using them as decorations. The End Crystal will explode with the same force as a Charged Creeper if it is hit with a snowball or a single punch. This can be disastrous not only to the player’s health bar, but also to nearby structures.

A total of seven glass, an Eye of Ender, and a Ghast Tear are required to make an End Crystal. The glass is easily obtained by smelting sand in the furnace, but the Ghast Tear can only be obtained by killing Ghasts in the Nether. Finally, if you’ve made it to the end, you should know how to get Eyes of Ender, which can be made by combining an Ender Pearl with some Blaze Powder. Astute players will notice that the recipe for these End Crystals necessitates items from both of the other two dimensions, so dimension hopping may be required.
There are two primary uses for the End Crystal once it has been crafted. The first application is for decoration, but as previously stated, this can be dangerous. Players can also respawn the Ender Dragon by crafting four of them and placing them on the End Portal in the End. The End Crystals atop the obsidian pillars will all respawn, allowing the player to fight the boss once more.
Finally, while it is theoretically possible to mine with End Crystals, it is not recommended. For starters, the blast is much stronger than that of TNT, making controlled explosions more difficult. This is especially dangerous because End Crystals can quickly kill a player wearing unenchanted Netherite Armor if they get too close. Furthermore, the resources required to craft each one are significantly higher than those required to craft TNT, so it’s best to stick to the other uses listed above.

Uses of End Crystals
End Crystals are naturally used to heal the Ender Dragon in The End. To easily defeat the dragon, players must destroy all of the crystals.
The Dragon will respawn along with all of the original End Crystals on top of the pillars if four End Crystals are placed on the Portal that spawns after killing the Dragon.
End Crystals, as previously stated, are a particularly dangerous weapon in PvP scenarios, particularly on the 2b2t anarchy server. End Crystals will explode and deal massive damage to any player nearby if quickly placed on top of Obsidian and hit with a tool or arrow. The Obsidian that it is placed on will not be destroyed by End Crystal explosions.
