YouTube settings: No advertisements when watching videos
YouTube’s ads are customized to match your interests. Your Google Ads settings allow you to manage these ads. The following information is used by Google to provide promotional ads:
The video browsed
The apps installed in the particular device
All soughts of previous interaction with google ads or any sought of advertising services
The geographical location
Age & gender
All the YouTube interactions
By analyzing your interactions with the digital world, Google is able to offer you tailored ads. You can disable or clear or even pause your watch history if you don’t want to see ads when you watch YouTube videos. These steps can guide you through the process.
The watch history can be viewed by going to the ‘Library’ tab and selecting ‘History’
The video can be removed from Watch History by tapping the Menu button next to the video details on the History page
When you are on the History page, tap the top Menu button to clear your watch history or pause it to reset it. To clear your watch history: tap Clear watch history.
YouTube without ads can be viewed with SmartTubeNext. The app is an improved version of the once-popular “Smart YouTube TV” that works even better! There is almost a YouTube-like feel to the user interface. In addition to Home, gaming, news, channels, subscriptions, history, playlists, and settings, there are many other categories.The SmartTubeNext application is compatible with all devices including Amazon Fire Sticks, Fire TVs, Android TV boxes, smartphones, and tablets.
The new version of YouTube clone NewPipe has just hit the scene. Despite the fact that NewPipe doesn’t work as well as SmartTubeNext, it is still an excellent way to watch YouTube without ads on any device.The app can be installed on any Android-powered device such as an Amazon Firestick, a Fire TV, an Android TV Box, a smartphone or tablet.
YouTube Vaced APK:
YouTube Vanced APK is another well-known solution to watch YouTube without advertisements. It is important to note that this app is only designed for Android tablets and smartphones. APKs for download for this app are available for Android phones, tablets, Fire HD tablets, and Stock Android TV Boxes.
YouTube videos can be watched without interruptions via an open source project on Github. To start watching and searching YouTube videos, visit the GUI web page. Besides watching, you can also download the video from the watch page. They offer this API for free, and I use it to build custom Siri shortcuts for downloading YouTube videos from my iPhone.
Installing the Adblock add-on on your Firefox browser will allow you to watch YouTube without ads on your PC as well. For Chrome users, this Fair AdBlocker for Chrome extension can be installed. I have never had a problem with the Firefox add-on, but I sometimes run into trouble with the Chrome extension, which is understandable since Google doesn’t like this type of extension. Additionally, Tampermonkey scripts can be used to block YouTube advertisements on Chrome. Tampermonkey needs to be installed from the Chrome Web Store and then you need to find and add a YouTube ads blocker user script. I suggest you download this open-source program, FreeTube, if you want to watch videos even better.
